An error has occurred during the manipulation of the Flow Monitor database. Database manipulation errors should not occur. It is indicative of either a software defect or a failure to allocate memory.
This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. If the system is not out of memory, then the database should be dumped using the "debug flowmon show database" command and provided along with the related log message to Extreme Networks support personnel for analysis.
